Oleander is one of five Romance option characters in Grow: Song of the Evertree. He is a young Aerum who was friends with the Apprentice prior to leaving Alaria with his family. He came back to Alaria following his sister to bring her back home, Arralyn, however, she convinced him that they should both stay and help rebuild Alaria. Oleander loves flowers and studies their meanings, making flower arrangements that carry specific messages with the styles and colours of flowers.
Like his sister, romancing Oleander might actually happen by accident. The dialogue options are somewhat ambiguous as to whether they are encouraging a deep friendship or an actual romance. Choosing the final Romance dialogue option (marked with double hearts in the dialogue selection), will lock all other characters out for romance, and begin the final portion of Oleander's romance quest. There are no apparent changes or rewards for completing Oleander's romance quest.
