"It is our role to facilitate Observance Days, and preserve the Sky Father's will."
Bisha (the tall one) and Bosha (the shy one) are two otherworldly visitors of an unknown tribe who have come to Alaria to share the rituals of Observance Days. Bisha will happily explain the purpose of each Observance Day and encourages the Apprentice to participate by offering rewards. Each Observance Day (which can happen any day, randomly), Bisha and Bosha will appear on the Festival Grounds with their great cosmic tent and several prizes as rewards for participating in that day's festival.
Both Bisha and Bosha are members of an unknown tribe. Bisha, the taller one, is approximately twice as tall as the Apprentice, while Bosha is slightly shorter than the Apprentice. They have round heads with a beak, large round eyes beneath bushy white eyebrows, and large furry ears sticking from beneath large, floppy hats. They both wear what appears to be a ceremonial robe with a dagged mantle and ceremonial stoles on the front and sides that drag on the ground.
Neither Bisha nor Bosha is eligible for Romance and they have no dialogue or quests beyond the Observance Day festivities.
