The Lodge is one of many Buildings that can be placed in the player's Towns. It's a one-story business with a vaulted roof, resembling several large barrels on the outside, complete with a barrel tap on one side. The inside is a rather large public house or tavern, complete with a central roasting pit, several tables and even some games, including a billiards table and a functional video arcade machine called Super Rock Pickup. Around the lodge, there are also several active hotspots that generate humourous messages or Myora.
The Lodge can have up to three Residents as workers, but only one slot is unlocked at first. The Lodge is not available at the start and the blueprint must be unlocked by assigning 20 jobs after the blueprint is initially discovered.
The Lodge can be customised in a number of ways. The roof, walls and skirting can each be painted with various Wallpapers. In the second screenshot in the infobox, the roof is red, the walls are green and the skirting is blue. Notice that the skirting (blue) here appears above the walls (green), which are the sides of the barrels. There are four Token slots to fill, and there are three different roof decorations: inflatable palm trees and beachballs on the roof, a sleepy sloth hanging above the front door or covering the entire roof in beer suds (see gallery below).
Notes
- The video game is functional, starting a minigame where the interaction button (noted at the bottom-right corner of the screen) must be pressed just as the bar crosses one or more rocks, which adds to the time allotted to collect more rocks. There is no reward for achieving any high scores.
- Occasionally an Everkin builder will appear hanging from the bottom of the tap spout outside, looking like a giant drip of beer.
