    Grow Song of The Evertree Wiki

    Buildings are a core element in the Town management portion of Grow: Song of the Evertree. Buildings are used to house and employee Residents, which, in turn, increases Harmony for the District. Buildings can only be constructed within the Town limits, but can be placed freely therein[1] so long as there is room and the maximum building limit has not been reached (20 buildings per District), and the maximum number of that type of Building has not been reached (10 of each type of residence, 3 of each type of business, 5 of each cosmetic building). A dynamic decoration system will add different decorative elements around many buildings if there is enough room, including signs for advertising, yard items around houses, and other miscellaneous greebles.

    Building exteriors also can be customized with various colours and patterns from Wallpapers, as well as building enhancements and attachments such as Mailboxes, Pet Houses, and Flower Boxes.

    Most Building blueprints must be unlocked by completing certain Goals. The Buildings themselves can also be "upgraded" by collecting 30 of a building's upgrade items. An upgraded building generates more Myora each day, but does not have any altered appearance or other benefits.

    There are two kinds of residences, sixteen businesses and two cosmetic buildings that can be built.

    Notes

    • All buildings take one day to complete. That is, no matter what time during the day construction begins, it's completed overnight.
    • While a buiding is being constructed, be sure to check in the in-progress construction site for a rare chance for a dug-up chest or two! (This feature is broken as of the Care and Prosperity Update of January 2022 but scheduled to be fixed in the next Update.)
    • While hovering over a building in manage mode, the stat used in that particular building will be shown to help place the best resident for the job.
