The Camera is a tool that allows the Apprentice to enter Photo Mode.
Available in the tool kit with different lenses and angles. [It can be accessed by pressing P on the PC]
Photo Mode is a menu within Grow: Song of the Evertree which allows the Apprentice to take more carefully-composed screenshots. Photo Mode comprises a variety of functions and features, detailed below.
Photo Mode is initially disabled during the tutorial section at the beginning of the game, though regular screenshots can still be taken during this time using the native key or button for the platform in use: F12 on PC keyboard, for example.
After the Apprentice has finished their second day of tending to their first World and returned to the Alchemy House, a cutscene of Book and Coppertop talking about all the marvelous things the Apprentice has witnessed and how nice it be to have some photos to commemorate these events. The Apprentice is then guided through taking their first picture with the Camera, unlocking photo mode for general use.
As before, once the shot is composed as preferred, use the native key or button for your platform to take the screenshot.
