Grow Song of The Evertree Wiki
    (Redirected from Song)
    A Mote of Myora

Myora is the rawest material in the universe and the building block of all creation. It is the source of all life in the Cosmos, and the primary currency in Grow: Song of the Evertree. It emanates from the boughs of the Evertree and is shaped by the Song of Myora, a song created by the voices of the original beings, the Ancients, and given to the Evertree. The Song exists in the hearts of all living things, whether they can hear it or not. Only a few can even hear the Song, and fewer still can understand it or use it to shape Myora into other things. The Apprentice just happens to be one of those few.

Long ago, when The Withering took hold and shattered the Song, many thought it was gone forever, and fled rather than be consumed by the Withering themselves. But the Apprentice stayed, to learn how to fix the Evertree, and eventually, to repair the Song by restoring the missing Song Fragments to the roots of the Evertree. The Everkin, caretakers of the Song, assist the Apprentice in their endeavours to restore the Song of Myora.

A single mote of Myora in the wild

The Apprentice can find Myora in many places -- as rewards in Chests or for completing Goals; as components of Trees that are cut down and Boulders that are smashed; and even from singing to certain Flora while tending Worlds planted in the branches of the Evertree. Myora can be used to build some Buildings, restore or redecorate regions, or even to purchase items from the various shops around Alaria. It may drop as a single (with a white highlight) or as an uncommon with a green highlight, which is worth 5 instead of 1.

    Trivia

    • Note that there is a maximum limit of 99,999 the Apprentice can hold.
